As Academic Dean of the California School of International Management located in San Diego, California, I am pleased to inform you that Mr. Ertan Elmaağaçlı is a doctoral candidate at our institution. He is currently investigating the contribution of Turkish immigrants to the business environment in California.  This study will lead to the writing of a dissertation for consideration for the granting of a Doctor of Business Administration degree at our School. 

As Chairman of Mr. Elmaağaçlı's Doctoral Committee I am pleased to state that he has made excellent progress toward this end. We are looking forward to receiving from him the final document which we feel will be a contribution to knowledge of the subject. During the original survey, more than 150 persons participated and more than 9,000 pieces of data had been collected. All information will be electronically processed and analyzed; the results will only appear as part of a statistical data summary.
